Subject: Dynamic Spend SKU details export - customer request and strategy to draw the user into our tools

Like several other clients I have, Stony Brook is finding value in Dynamic Spend. As I see it we need to keep drawing them in....responding to requests.

From Lawson, Mike Demasi doesn't have a good, simple way way to get at all the items he's buying to get the annual spend and Last Price Paid.

The SKU Detail export (attached) is powerful according to Mike but it's missing their MMIS number and the LPP. He'd like to see BroadJump min and avg as well.

With those components, Dynamic Spend, and the export he can create from it for a multitude of uses....is far more compelling.

So, I'd like to see those columns added to the SKU detail report........AND, consider with Dynamic Reporting giving the client the opportunity to build such a report with the fields they want for the specified time....with filters to answer their questions on the fly and the ability to export if they like.

When we can use our intel to find SKUs with a big variation based on spend and price variation from Min and Avg....then give the user the ability to click directly to the Category/Mfg scatterplot and price list.....we will draw the user into Dynamic Spend and AutoPricer.

When it's up to the user to start at the top level to investigate...it just feels like a project...something the user has to find time to strategically investigate and negotiate. Show them meaningful - bite size opportunities and draw them to the strategic view, we will hook them.

Happy New Year! Joe
