I'm still not entirely sure I understand the need for this. Why would a user suggest an initiative to their group as opposed to starting it?
I know one need was the ability for an external user to ask a question of Client Management. In my view this was mainly resolved by allowing an initiative to be assigned to a Client Executive through their demo account.
Another related need is the ability to assign an initiative to BroadJump's sourcing team (or another external user), for which we're working on an alternative workflow.
