Subject: Facility Level Market Shares capability in Spend Summary for regional GPO's and decentralized systems

We are looking for opportunities @ Allspire....this discussion applies for WVU and any Regional GPO or system where there's not control by a centralized purchasing department.

Key to the analysis is a fast way to understand Market Share by Facility....to visualize the challenges and opportunities to standardization.

We need to add a level to the Spend Summary Class and Supplier hierarchy, to visualize the market share for each member of the GPO.

For example, in the screen shot below, what's the market share by mfg for Altlantic Health, for Hackensack, for Tower? Or, maybe a separate table.

This is essential to helping the GPO (and Client Management) understand the likely opportunities and challenges to standardization. Done correctly opportunities will jump off the page.

Today there's no way to see this....except by logging separately into each member of the system.
