Subject: Dynamic Spend - Purchase Count comments from client...plus terminology for Price/Qty change.

For many the terms Price Change and Quantity Change are confusing....intuitively it seems to folks that Quantity Change has to be an integer, not $....because it's seen as the change in how many from period to period.....when we are saying it's the change in Spend tied to the difference in quantity purchased each period. Price Change seems to be a little easier to describe.....but I think we need to carefully consider the terminology.

How about we discuss this topic together?

Subject: Question

Hi Joe,

I know we discussed this last week but can you please remind me of what "purchase count" means? I know it isn't the QTY but I am trying to make sense of it so we can use this data without going to the invoice level. Here is a comparison of the same item at the product detail and the invoice detail, one is showing the count at 12 and the other has a correct quantity of 100. Thanks!

The 'Qty Purchased' portion of this email was broken out into a separate task and since implemented.
