Hi Joe,

I was looking through the Playbook tool and was wondering if there is an option to add an “upcoming” initiative tab that would allow us to input projects that we have planned but are not yet started? I also think it would be beneficial to have a calendar view where we can see what we plan to begin/complete each month at a high level.

I’m working with Allied….Brittany will be our primary contact as we learn how we can mesh Playbook into their in house tools for project management.

We’ll be meeting weekly to review suggestions and track progress of initiatives.

Brittany’s suggestion below is profound….one I have been wrestling with for other clients. It’s really a look forward.

We want to begin building the Allied 2021 work plan into Playbook. Looking forward to later in the year these are not active, snoozed, suggested or closed initiatives. As Brittany requests….these are “upcoming” or “planned” initiatives.

• What a good idea to create another initiative status to represent initiatives in the client plan with an estimated or planned start and completion date.

• She’s also suggesting a calendar visual showing the initiatives.
