Creating letters (emails) to send to suppliers is not difficult, however involves a great deal of cutting and pasting and editing. Standardized letter to suppliers would make our solution for med-surg (maybe pharmacy) an "automated sourcing solution" instead of an information system.

    A sample letter is attached.

We could also have a letter that uses the Quote & Proposal Form to obtain pricing in an easy to use format.

We could have another letter that requests cross-referencing.  Again, in the appropriate format.

We could have a letter that requested a meeting with the supplier and their manager if pricing reduction not met.

Unless we create an "easy" button for AutoPricer and communication with suppliers, we are going to continue to have clients that use incorrectly or don't use effectively.
