NDC Level Parity Reporting Include COT

In looking at the Pharmacy Parity Report, we need to add a COT option to the reporting, to truly determine if the parity if an opportunity or pricing that is correct based upon the COT.

    Cloe is working on pulling the COT into the existing pharmacy parity report.
