Subject: Drawing clients to Playbook
Posting reports to the website is labor some....and most users ask me to send them directly.
To draw users to the applications and to Playbook specifically we should build a Playbook repository for reports....
Though many of these will presumably evolve to being integrated in the technology it will take some time....but there will always be custom reports
A repository that allows me to drag and drop a report to a Playbook Reports location would draw the user to Playbook and be much easier for CM to manage, and if when uploaded to the "Reports Initiative" we could assign the report to the appropriate users so they get the notification....it's all good.
I don't think I have any clients that go to PriceChecker to view their quotes....because the formatting is generic and largely unreadable for excel ignorant users. I'll typically drop the quotes into the templates I've built that give the user far more insight and creates more engagement. You have seen these....one is attached.
I also commonly export Client Proposals and Category Bundles / Bundled initiatives into the second attached file. It is very detailed but precisely what I, and many of my clients want to have to understand overall opportunity (vs comparative and vs Min/Avg) .... And to find individual SKUs of value.
Primarily I wanted this email to stress the potential in incorporating general reports (not tied to an initiative) into Playbook...to have a repository of reports and a way to easily notify/draw users to Playbook.
All the best,
