Subject: Pharmacy Account Type in Invoice detail

It would be helpful to move the Account Type column in the invoice detail screens much further to the left. It's the furthest right column at this point.

When trying to understand variation in Pharmacy invoices it's important to be able to see the Account Type easily.

I realize there's lots we would like to see in the visible table and have to make choices, given there's no way to freeze the columns, but this deserves to be further to the left.
